This study aimed to describe and analyze the spokesmen's politeness strategies gender bias in their utterances when making a marriage proposal Manggarai, Indonesia. was under philosophy of interpretivism with employment descriptive qualitative design. Six spokesmen three different proposals were main source data. Since researchers participant observers, relevant data notes taken.
